One of the many free programmes that The Hong Kong Tourism Board has going on is the Chinese Cake-Making Class hosted by Wing Wah. Wing Wah is one of Hong Kong's major food manufacturers, and their most well-known product is the mooncake.
So I went along to one of their cake shops in Tsim Sha Tsui... and made my own wife cakes and egg rolls!... and guess what... they gave us the recipes afterwards! Me cakes turned out pretty yummy, so yummy in fact, that once again they disappeared before I had the chance to get my camera out, so instead enclosed is a pic of me, my cake-making classmates and master bakers.
