
Apparently, it helps to cleanse your system and keep you in shape...I gave it a try, and its drinkable... depending on your taste-buds i.e. whether or not you like yogurt drinks or green tea. They say to drink it after meals, a couple of days a week. If you are interested, heres how to make it:
Method: Place about 200ml of Yakult with a satchet of Green Tea Powder into a bottle/cup and shake/stir until the tea has dissolved.
Notes: Its best to make this with Yakult that has been stored at room temperature. You may chill the drink after mixing.

that just sounds like a really wierd combination..!! Does it have to be green tea powder?

Yes, it has to be powder as its more concentrated... using tea made from freshly seeped tea leaves would really water it down... and I don't think I would be too keen on diluted Yakult!
