No, it was just for one-day. I love meat and dairy too much to give it up. But learning to cook a Japanese-style Macrobiotic meal was definitely a learning experience. Tofu mayo without the mayo, anyone?
Also, I came across this super wacky tofu. The back of the tofu is imprinted with "MAN", and on the packaging, it has a guy's face saying "Our eyes just met"....
