Mango Cream Bread

After Sports Day at school, which was, I know it's not nice to say, above expectations. When so many students at my school have challenging behaviour, it's hard to think otherwise. I've never seen a bunch of students that have brought in so many police visits. Anyway, I enjoyed the dance and body structure performances by the elementary school kids. The 1st years running in the races were so cute!

Afterwards, I attended a trial baking session at a cooking studio for 500yen, and made yummy Mango Cream Bread! It was fun and surprisingly simple to make!

It was at the ABC Cooking Studio that I did the class, and I was really surprised to discover that it's female customers only, no guys allowed! Not even young school boys! I'd invited my friend and her 12 year old son, and the poor kid got turned away! And he was really looking forward to baking too! When asked why, the staff couldn't say, it was just one of the rules, just a Japan thing.
