Last Saturday, I went to Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture to attend another Oxford Teaching Workshop which, one presentation in particular, have been inspiring. I've been trying to think of ways to make drilling more fun, and I think I hit the jackpot with this particular workshop, the 4-hoursworth of travelling to and back from Tsukuba were worth it! I got back to Tokyo to grab a quick dinner before heading to meet a mate at the public baths, which felt sooooo good. God, I'm so going to miss hotsprings and public baths when I eventually leave Japan!
The next day involved getting up at five in the morning, a friggin' Sunday morning, to go to a yoga class because it was the only time I could fit it in dammit. Getting up for it wasn't easy, but I felt great afterwards. The rest of the day was spent playing board games on an airbase, where I tasted my very first ever Philly Cheesesteak (from Charley's). All the experienced eaters told me that it wasn't all that great compared to the States, but as I had nothing to compare it to, it tasted absolutely yummy to me ;) Had to cycle about an hour to get home, but hey, the Philly Cheesesteak had to be burnt off anyway.
Today was the day where all the city's state junior high schools held their 9th graders' graduation ceremonies. I saw half of my current school's before speeding down the road to see half of my previous school's. It was good to see my old students, it's only been 8 months since I left, but they've all grown so much! I made sure to take photos ;)

As usual you are meeting yourself coming back and managing to get more than 24 hours out of most days, but nevertheless there is still time to indulge in your most popular hobby????????????? Yum! Yum! Yum!
Trust you are having an enjoyable Easter (trust they celebrate it out their), no doubt you have heard from Home that the UK is coping with some exceptional weather, not that I mind I prefer it to Summer?????
Hi Ron, sorry for the late reply to your comment. It's been busy, but fun ;) My dad came over to visit me during spring break, and we did a lot more eating!
