Want to stretch out my shoulders and loosen up the lower half of me, my quads and calves are seriously stiff, so rather than going for the temporary solution of getting a massage, I'm taking up yoga.
I went for my first session today, and it was surprisingly difficult. I'm aware of how inflexible my hips and legs are, but I didn't realise my upper body was so weak! I'd successfully gotten into the basic poses, but there were times where my muscles were shaking from the effort of holding some of them.
I enjoyed it though. I love the fact that these particular classes are held in a Buddhist temple, how cool is that!
