Busy Week

[A mate of mine is part of a band, so I went to support him at one of his gigs.]

I've become a member of an indoor climbing gym!! It's seriously addictive, and physically challenging, just how I like it ;) Pilates just wasn't for me, don't get me wrong, I wish I could keep going with it, but I prefer sports that require exertion. Anyway, it's a great little gym with fantastic staff who effortlessly go around climbing in crocs...

My elementary school had a Spring Concert today, and I was invited to play the xylophone with the school orchestra. I just had four bars to play which roughly lasted for ten seconds (well, twenty, if you include the repeat), but I have to admit that I was feeling somewhat nervous, it's been a heck of a long time since I've last performed [an instrument] on stage.

You know, I have never had conveyor belt sushi before... until yesterday that is. My kaiten sushi debut was so much fun! You order off a little screen, and it comes flying to you on mini carriages! Take off your dishes, press a button and they return back to the kitchen, so cool! There's sushi going around on the conveyor belt, but doing a customized order through the screen gets you freshly made sushi. I love salmon sushi!
