It's been quite a while since my last post. The spring of the power button of my laptop has exhausted itself, so I haven't been able to turn it on nor the time to fix it.
So what's been going on so far...
In preparation for my Hokkaido trek, I did a couple more day hikes in Okutama. During the rest of the time, I ate, sang karaoke and for the very first time, went to a takoyaki party and made my own takoyaki 章魚燒 (octopus dumplings)!

I often see pics of takoyaki but never got to try them out yet. No doubt they'd taste awesome!
You can try them in HK, but obviously they don't taste as awesome as the real thing. Making them is definitely fun!
