After much consideration, I have decided to renew my contract... I know, I thought I was leaving too, right up until the day before the deadline to renew. I know I'd regret it if I leave now. The teachers are not the best, but I love my 1600-odd students. I hoping that since I know the good and the bad about my job, I'll have a better second year and more time to sightsee Japan. I hope I made the right decision. It always helps if there's a decent deputy principal who's also renewing and so guarentees a little more flexibility and freedom at work.

Good, The 'rant' in your previous blog eased things and gave you a better perspective, so you could find it easier to weigh up the Pros & Cons(?)
I might get engaged in Education??????? It has been suggested I act as an Invigilator for Cheshire County Council Education Dept???????????
