In London

Its half-term break at last, so I took the opportunity to hand in some papers to the J. Embassy and did a little shopping! It seems like yonks since I've been to Oxford Street (it probably is), and there I bought a new travel suitcase in preparation for my journey to Japan later in July ;) Really chuffed about it, it's super light and has 4 wheels for me to spin around on ;)

Anyway, opposite the embassy, there were herds of elephants gathering around in Green Park to publicise the endangerment of Asian elephants.

Spinning around on a 4 wheeled Travelling Suitcase, is that any way for a 'Serious' (?) Teacher to behave????????? Of course you will have the long flight to ponder your behaviour and re-write your Programme? Good Luck and safe journey next month.
Can you import Jam into Japan????

Thanks Ron. The extra set of wheels cost £14 more, so I'm hoping they'll be worth the money and make travelling slightly less of a hassle!

I've read that people have sent jam to Japan, but I'm not sure what the success rate is... Japan has particularly strict customs rules. I'm not sure where I'm to be living yet, but I'll let you know ;)
