It's been a full-on 4 weeks, but at last a week break! Well... if you can call it a break with directed study and voice-coaching, AND to catch up with reading and other assignments! It's more work than a degree!
Starting from this week, Thursdays are now Day Link days where us students go into schools for experience. Luckily my placement is within walking distance to home. Considering the fact that the school IS situated within my borough, I was expecting lots of screaming and little discipline, but surprisingly the school and my first day turned out pretty good!
I've worked in half a dozen schools in the past few years, I find it really interesting in how each institute functions so differently, and this school is no exception. It's the first time I worked in a place that caters for over 500 children!
