When I travel to Uni, I need to use the District line of the London Underground. To provide a more efficient service, I suggest it would be most helpful if the train signals would work and people didn't jump into the tracks.

Many people complain about the public bus service here, either because they're never on time or never turn up... I guess they got unlucky or maybe because I don't take the bus that often anyway. Although I must complain about my college bus! You could be soaking wet in the rain waiting for it and it won't turn up, which happened to me twice but it was only raining for one of them.
Probably country or rural bus services are harder to maintain, because I had the same problem of bus delays when I lived outside of London. Sometimes there weren't enough bus drivers for duty, so those buses were cancelled off without notice.
Yes, so perhaps the KCR/MTR was based off the London Underground, which sort of makes sense considering the fact that HK was a British Colony for a 100 years.
However, with HK being HK, the transport there is so much more efficient! We have a transport card here called the 'Oyster card', similar to the Octopus, but we are yet to be able to use them in shops.

I've learnt to always carry an umbrella with me!
Did you notice that train looks remarkably like the KCR here in HK?
