Custardy Curry

From a British person's point of view, Japanese curry is generally described as something similar to custard... but it's a win-win situation for me since I love both curry and custard, though preferably eaten separately.

Gosh, jealous! I made chicken curry rice the other day, and it was really yummy!

I made a thing called Chicken Rendang last week, really yummy too. In HK, we have a franchise called Eat East selling microwavable Asian dishes for us busy Hong Kongers too busy to cook. Their Chicken Curry Rice is really good. You'll have to try it when you're back.

Ooh, must try it! I rarely eat ready-made meals, but every once in a while should be ok!
