Dim Sum

You know, even when I was in HK, I rarely ever went out for dim sum. Mornings were usually taken up by work or hiking. Went to a Chinese restaurant in China Town called 'Laureate', situated on Shaftesbury Avenue. The dim sum is quite good, better than quite a few places in HK. The food came fresh and hot, and service was nice and efficient. My favourite dish just has to be the Cheung Fun in Peanut Sauce and Hoi Sin Sauce sprinkled with Sesame Seeds... absolutely delicious! It was all gone by the time I remembered to get out by camera.

Goog'd it! <--- Dear Teacher, is that a valid past tense verb? Laureate's appears to be right in the heart of China Town in SOHO? In fact, if you google earth the place, you can see the street ornaments and lanterns! Cool...! The satellite must have passed by during Chinese New Year. Go have a look.

K - 'Fraid the prawn dumplings were nothing special ;) Seriously, you should try the cheung fun dish, gorgeous! (Btw, cheung fun are rice noodle rolls.)

Steve - Yes, that's right about Laureate.
I think you have just invented a new word for the English language, it'd probably be added into all the dictionaries soon!
I really must try Google Earth, have never used it before!
