Cat Lays Eggs in Mong Kok

Seems my holiday isn't going to have very good weather. It's been raining everyday, and I can look forward to some thunderstorms this weekend.

These last two days I kind of did quite a bit of shopping... in Mong Kok the shopping places of all shopping places. This month I spent about two hundred quid... not much compared to some people, but consider the fact that I usually spend less than half of that per month... Gosh, thinking about it makes me guilty.

The most expensive stuff I bought was hiking gear... yeah, it's gradually becoming an obsession. A brand new pair of high-top Salomon Hiking Boots, and a headlight were my best buys, and you can't go wrong with 20-30% off all items in store. Why a headlight? Cos I'll be doing an overnight hike soon, can't wait!

Today my feet also took me to:
  • Sam Tung Uk Village/Museum, Tsuen Wan
  • Chuk Lam Sim Yuen (a Buddhist monastery), in the green foothills above Tsuen Wan
  • Post pic: Cat napping in an egg stall in Mong Kok Market.
