Mountain Walks

Just back from Hok Tau (Pat Sin Leng Country Park), a daytrip organised by my grandmother's church, and only costs HK$10 per person (which is roughly about 68 pence), now is that a deal or is that deal? The journey to the park would normally require two bus journeys.

Nothing like a spot of mountain-walking to clear those sinuses from the city smog. Don't underestimate the grannies in Hong Kong, they can jog up those steep mountain paths like steam trains, and some of them are in their eighties!

Had a look around their little cultivated gardens, took pictures of the mountains, nothing much other than that, just had a lovely stroll in the mountains... Oh, it was a misty day today, always make sure to stay away from dead birds (H5N1, dontcha know), beware of red fire ants, and don't touch the plant that looks like a taro plant look-a-like.
